Pump the balloon as fast as you can, combine 3 or more balloon in vertical or horizontal position.

Wheen you combine the balloon, the level of playing space for your opponent is getting smaller and that happens otherwise.

Once your opponent doesn't have any of playing space, you WIN. You LOSE when you don't have any of playing spaces.
